DESCRIPTION
Cosmos is a color pencil drawing on medium tooth vellum paper. The work was done using a circular burnishing lawyering technique with minor engraving for additional highlights. Approximately 18 hours of creation.
INTERPRETATION
Cosmos was drawn by Shawn Malzahn while incarcerated in summer of 2021. This piece was drawn as gift for God. A portrait of God given to show appreciation for all the mystery, awe, and beauty that It is.
